What We Treat
Conditions We Screen & Treat
01
Diabetes & Metabolic Health
Type 2 Diabetes
The most common form of diabetes, occurring when the body doesn't effectively use insulin. We provide comprehensive management — medication optimization, continuous glucose monitoring, and lifestyle coaching — to help you achieve better blood sugar control and prevent complications.
Type 1 Diabetes
An autoimmune condition requiring lifelong insulin therapy. Our specialists work with Type 1 patients on advanced insulin management, CGM technology, and pump optimization to maximize control and quality of life.
Pre-Diabetes
Blood sugar levels elevated but not yet diabetic — and with the right intervention, progression can be prevented or reversed. We offer targeted lifestyle programs and medical management to protect your long-term health.
Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
Real-time glucose readings throughout the day and night. We place, educate on, and interpret CGM data as part of comprehensive diabetes management — insight that finger sticks alone cannot provide.
02
Thyroid Conditions
Hypothyroidism
When the thyroid doesn't produce enough hormone, causing fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, and brain fog. We manage hypothyroidism with individualized thyroid hormone therapy tailored to your symptoms and lab values.
Hyperthyroidism
An overactive thyroid causes rapid heartbeat, weight loss, anxiety, and heat intolerance. We identify the underlying cause — including Graves' disease — and create a treatment plan that may include medication or radioactive iodine therapy.
Thyroid Nodules
Common and usually benign, but requiring proper evaluation. We perform in-office thyroid ultrasounds and fine needle aspiration biopsies to determine the nature of each nodule and guide management.
Thyroid Cancer
Expert follow-up care coordinated with surgeons and oncologists — including thyroglobulin monitoring, imaging review, and radioactive iodine therapy when appropriate.
Thyroid Ultrasound & Biopsy
In-office ultrasound and biopsy allow prompt evaluation of thyroid nodules — no outside referral or separate facility visit required.
03
Hormonal & Reproductive Health
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)
A hormonal disorder affecting women of reproductive age, often causing irregular periods, excess androgen, and insulin resistance. We offer hormone balancing, metabolic management, and lifestyle support tailored to your goals.
Testosterone & Hypogonadism
Low testosterone in men can cause fatigue, decreased libido, mood changes, and muscle loss. We evaluate and treat male hypogonadism with appropriate testosterone replacement therapy and ongoing monitoring.
Adrenal Disorders
The adrenal glands produce critical hormones including cortisol and aldosterone. We diagnose and manage adrenal insufficiency, Cushing's syndrome, Conn's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, and adrenal nodules.
04
Bone & Calcium Health
Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis weakens bones and increases fracture risk — often without warning until a fracture occurs. We offer bone density screening, fracture risk assessment, and evidence-based treatment to strengthen bones.
Parathyroid Disorders & Hypercalcemia
Overactive parathyroid glands or high calcium can cause kidney stones, bone loss, fatigue, and cognitive symptoms. We identify the cause and coordinate appropriate treatment including surgical referral when needed.
05
Pituitary Disorders
Pituitary Adenomas & Tumors
The pituitary is the body's master gland, controlling most hormone-producing organs. We diagnose and manage pituitary adenomas, prolactinomas, acromegaly, and growth hormone disorders — coordinating with neurosurgery when needed.
Diabetes Insipidus & SIADH
These conditions affect the body's ability to regulate water balance and sodium levels. We provide expert diagnosis and ongoing management of these complex disorders.
